Warranty

  Basically, our guarantee all the products 1 year, it will be included providing trouble shooting 

 guide, spare parts, technical support. Warranty starts from machine the day of installation at 

 customer site or date of final acceptance document.

Break down

​

  During warranty period, when the machine stopped by machine fault, we will immediately

 visit to customer site and repair it by our cost. If the machine stopped by operator fault or   environmental trouble, we will charge as minimum cost. 

​

Education

 

  All about knowledge for machine care&handling will be trained when we got to machine     installation. Also the training guidance will be provided as guide book to customer.
